Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.

Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.

Our goal is to provide the best Pediatric Dental care available.  We want to make our services affordable for all families in the Atlanta area and thus we offer many payment plans, including extended interests-free payment plans. Please ask us about our different options and we will gladly review these with you to assist you in deciding which plan works best for your child’s treatment. We also accept all major credit cards, including AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

The Ultimate Dental Plan

We want to share with you something we are very proud to offer our patients during these changing economic times. We are instituting an innovative health program. The key here is preventative and restorative dental care. Besides brushing and flossing daily, when it comes to value, regular check-ups are the best investment for a healthy mouth. We want to do our part to make optimum care available to our patients regardless of the accessibility to dental insurance.

Unlike traditional dental insurance, the plan we have developed does not have a minimum or maximum for dental treatment, and there is no deductible. Restorative and cosmetic work is given the same discounted rates. The plan is designed to be simple to understand, as well as an affordable alternative to employer sponsored or privately purchased dental insurance.

This plan cannot be used with any other insurance, discounts, or special offers. Any part of this benefit plan not used within a year of purchase is forfeited. New benefit plans begin on date of renewal payment. Cancelled plans due to unforeseen events will default to regular treatment fees before refunds are given.
